Well done to our sponsored rider George Bolt and Asparagus who finished 2nd at BE100 Open at Bicton Horse Trials at the weekend and also picked up best dressage score!  Asparagus is finally back competing after incurring a serious injury whilst competing at Young Riders Trial last year; the pair were successfully competing at BE Intermediate Level. They have been a team together since 2013 and had been working their way up the BE levels having finished 2nd at the Badminton Grassroots and been part of the South West under 18 teams at 100 and CCI*. We are looking forward to seeing the pair get back up to Novice shortly! You must admit Jayphotos did a cracking job at capturing just how happy they both are at being out competing together again. George’s 2nd ride of the day on UC Cavaloon didn’t quite go to plan.  It was their third attempt at BE Novice, they were really pleased with the dressage leaving with the 6th best score,  they had a storming cross country round within the time,  but unfortunately Capt’n Jack didn’t like the heat on Sunday and was very naughty in the show jumping!
