Trading Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions enclosed in this document apply to all purchase of product from our website (www.chipmunksw.co.uk). Please read the terms and conditions before ordering from the website. When ordering from the website you are agreeing acceptance to be bound by these terms.

Ordering
Orders may be placed via our website by clicking on the item you are interested in and following the instructions on screen. There will be a checkout page where you can check and correct any errors before submitting your order, at this point an email will be sent confirming acknowledgement of your order.
All contracts shall consist of the customer’s order and the seller’s acceptance of such order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or any else in those circumstances.
Acceptance of the order will be confirmed via an email confirming the ordered products are being despatched.

Prices
Prices of products will be advertised with the product on the website. All prices will include VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are clearly displayed when you view the items within your basket. Delivery is only available within the United Kingdom.
We cannot accept orders until you have paid in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
By making a card payment, you are confirming that the card is yours. All card transactions will be subject to authorisation from card issuer. If, for whatever reason, your card is declined by your issuer we will not accept your order and hold no liability for delay or non-delivery.
In the event that a price has been incorrectly displayed, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you’d like to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order. We will not be obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

Delivery
The delivery price stated is for certain post codes only, if your post code is not on the list please ring the office (01823 412129) for a delivery quote to your area.
Postcodes available are; AL, B, BA, BB, BD, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CA, CB, CF, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DE, DH, DL, DN, DT, DY, E, EC, EN, EX, FY, GL, GU, HA, HD, HG, HP, HR, HU, HX, IG, IP, KT, L, LA, LD, LE, LL, LN, LS, LU, M, ME, MK, NE, NG, NN, NP, NR, OL, OX, PE, PL, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, S, SA, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SY, TA, TF, TN, TQ, TR, TS, TW, UB, WA, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV.
Orders placed before 1 pm will aim to be despatched the same day providing the stock is available. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays and public holidays. Orders made over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
Deliveries will be made to your stated delivery address. Our couriers deliver kerbside and are not responsible for any additional carrying of products ordered.
Once delivered products become the buyer’s property providing they have been fully paid for. We no longer hold any responsibility for their loss or damage after they have been delivered. This does not apply in the unlikely event that the products are faulty on delivery or an incorrect delivery.

Cancelations/ Returns
You may cancel your order or any part of it at any stage before the product is delivered to you. This can be done by notifying us via email quoting your order reference, full name and address.
If you decide to cancel an order after it has been despatched it will be your duty to return them to us at your own risk or cost. Such products should be returned within 14 days of cancelling the order. Products should be returned to us unused and as new in a condition to be resold.
Once the product is returned to us, a full refund will be made on inspection of the product to ensure it is still in a sale able condition. If after inspection, we deem the product or part of it not re-sale able we will make contact with you to discuss a part refund of the cost.
Our policy on cancelations and returns does not affect your legal rights.
If a purchased product is damaged on delivery to you, we may offer exchange or refund of your choice. If you believe a product is damaged, contacts us immediately to arrange return of the product, we will cover cost of postage.

Technical Description
All descriptions are given as a guide and are subject to change by the company without any notice. For example, all weights and size are approximate only.

Claims
Notification of non-delivery must be made via email to; sales@chipmunksw.co.uk within 7 days of invoice date. For shortages or damage within 7 days of receipt of good. Failing this no claims will be entertained.

Website Security
Our website uses a secure server in the online order process to protects your card payment information.
Chipmunk SW strongly advise that you do not communicate any card payment details to us, or anyone else via email. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred from passing information via internet link or email. Any loss will be your responsibility.
